Madonna Announces New 1LP Edition of Celebration Featuring 10 Iconic Hits

Madonna’s multi-Platinum greatest-hits collection, Celebration, is getting a fresh vinyl release, arriving December 11 in a newly curated 10-track single-LP edition. Spanning the first 25 years of her groundbreaking career, the collection brings together some of the most influential hits in pop music, including “Hung Up,” “Like a Prayer,” “Into the Groove,” “Music,” “La Isla Bonita,” and “4 Minutes.” The release marks the first time the compilation will be available as a single LP.
The new edition will be pressed on translucent light-blue vinyl, with a special red-and-pink splatter variant available exclusively through Madonna.com and Rhino.com. Both editions will include an exclusive 11-by-11-inch poster and are now available for pre-order. Originally released in 2009 as a multi-disc collection that sold more than four million copies worldwide, Celebration returns in a streamlined vinyl format designed to deliver an energetic journey through Madonna’s legendary catalog.
The announcement arrives as Madonna continues to captivate audiences across generations, fueled by a surge in streaming activity and renewed cultural relevance. Her catalog streams on Spotify reportedly increased by an impressive 54% year over year, reflecting the enduring appeal of her music and a series of high-profile live appearances. In April, she made a surprise appearance at Coachella alongside Sabrina Carpenter to debut their single “Bring Your Love,” followed by a performance of “Music” at the inaugural FIFA World Cup Final Halftime Show in July. She most recently made headlines at the MTV Video Music Awards, where she reportedly collected seven awards, including Artist of the Year and Best Album for CONFESSIONS II.
